Hi everyone, ‘newbie’ caller here. I have a few questions, hopefully, someone can help me. My neighborhood consists of condos. Most condo owners are LLCs. This means that most don’t answer, many are wrong numbers, and of those very few left, how do I address them when talking to them since I don’t have their name? Is the script different when speaking to companies rather than individual owners? Also, I noticed that some contacts on Redx have their emails. Would you add them to your database even though you have not been able to speak to them (assuming the emails are correct). Thank you!
