This week I decided to switch my call on Expired listing. Today while I was driving, I got a call from one of my drop voicemails.

It was a seller said I call yesterday, I introduced myself and said yes I did call. I told him the reason for the call, and notice that is home was off the market. No script! Just a conversation with him.

He said, which one of the property I was referring to? 🙄 You have more than one? he said yes. I told him when I get back to the office I will check.
When I get back to the office and pull up the home by is phone number. It was a $1,300,000 million expired listing. Appointment is set for tomorrow to view the property and get it back on the market.

As Ricky always said. Switch up your calling if one is not working for you. I use to call everyday on circle prospect. Did not get much email. I tried expired this week. One appointment made. 💪🏽✅☝🏾
